Glenn Bloxham-Mundy has spent 13 years in a range of fantastic roles in recruitment and across the talent landscape. He manages LinkedIn's UK Enterprise Search and Staffing team, leading a team of experienced and dedicated Account Directors who partner closely with the UK's most ambitious staffing businesses to deliver against their strategic objectives. With recruiters playing an integral role in powering businesses and the economy, his team is proud to partner and help connect people to opportunities at scale.
Prior to this role, Glenn spent time in a range of positions. He has consulted and advised the C-suite of the UK's largest businesses on their Talent, Learning and Engagement GTM strategies. He has worked closely with the CHROs and CMOs of some of the world's largest companies to positively impact their early careers' recruitment strategies, employer branding efforts and DE&I programmes. He has experienced life agency-side at Michael Page in their London Head Office, where he learned the ins and outs of the role of a recruitment consultant and how one of the largest players in the world operated.
As well as being deeply passionate about the industry and seeing it evolve positively, Glenn also has a love for business analysis and macro-economics and enjoys incorporating this into his work daily to help his clients go from strength to strength.

She has over thirty years’ recruitment experience including time as UK Sales Director of multinational staffing firms and Managing Director of recruitment training company Learning Curve before establishing APSCo in 1999.
In 2009, she was honoured to receive a fellowship from the NSPCC and in 2018, received the prestigious Leadership Award from the Trade Association Forum. Ann currently features in the SIA ‘Global Power 50’ list of the most influential women in international recruitment.
