A Global Staffing Executive who has led the global positioning and strategic direction for multinational companies in staffing agency and corporate human resource environments. 

He has managed a wide spectrum of Human Resource Management from leading new venture start-ups in new markets, to organizational design of consulting practice turnarounds. From contingent temporary-help organizations to full-service multinational global Human Resource Consulting organizations.

Prior experience has included a five year stint at the Detroit based Acro Corporation in a business development role, as well as stints at Tech Mahindra, and the Logic group in London and also Seattle based Aditi Consulting. His diverse background has encompassed Agency and Corporate Staffing Management with Operations leadership in the highly competitive MSP/RPO field, also developing staffing solutions within Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Finance and Healthcare both in UK and the wider EMEA region.

Ed Dixon

Senior Director - Business Development, TMF Group

Ed began working in India more than 25 years ago, establishing a 300+ person operation in Bangalore for the UK based insurer. He then moved into the consulting and BPO industries working in the UK, Europe and the US, establishing operations in India for numerous international companies and supporting them to develop global efficiencies.

Ed joined Sannam S4 in 2012 as COO, based in New Delhi. Ed was responsible for managing Sannam S4’s business operations across its five offices, overseeing a five-fold expansion in the business and the development of the business into China and Brazil.

In April 2015, Ed returned to the UK and was promoted to Group COO and Managing Director and subsequently Territory head for its Seamless business.  Ed was an integral part of the senior team that recently sold Seamless to TMF Group where Ed is now Senior Director Business Development.  Ed spends his time working with clients and prospective clients establishing and managing their international footprint (across >86 countries).  Ed retains a role on the board of Sannam S4’s Acumen business, which has >200 people in India.

Danu Narada

Founder, CCMS Ltd

Danu Narada is the founder of CCMS Ltd, an outsourcing business based in Sri Lanka. After a very successful stint in the healthcare recruitment space in the UK, he moved to Sri Lanka to set up CCMS to cater to the gap for a quality outsourcing provider for the recruitment sector. Danu currently works with a number of clients, ranging from large to small recruitment businesses.
